There are buoys around Rat Island used to indicate the fallout area/danger zone of the Army Ranges. These buoys have now been moved and the entire island is now deemed with the fallout area.
If you are arrive at Rat Island and the flags for the ranges are up (visible from Rat) then the ranges are in use and the committee advise you to vacate the island for your own personal safety.
